About Bihar University of Health Sciences

Bihar University of Health Sciences, Patna has been established w.e.f 1st July 2022 by the Govt. of Bihar through the enactment of the Bihar University of Health Sciences Act 2021 (Bihar Act 19 of 2021) to affiliate all the existing health science colleges and institutions, set up by the Government and/or Trust or Society, which were earlier affiliated to the conventional universities in Bihar with a purpose of ensuring proper, systematic and uniform instruction, teaching, training and resarch in modern and Indians systems of medicine.
